Welcome to Let Me Be. By using our website or placing an order, you accept the terms below. Please take a moment to read them before you buy.

1. About us

2. Using the site

By using this site, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you have a parent's or guardian's permission. You agree not to use the website for anything unlawful or to interfere with how it operates.

3. Products

We do our best to show each piece as accurately as we can. Metal tones, stone colors, and finishes may look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations between pieces are a natural part of jewelry. Please consult our size guide before ordering rings or bracelets, as sizing can vary between styles. All pieces are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or retire a design at any time.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in US Dollars and Lebanese Pounds. Where both appear, the LBP amount is calculated at the rate our store applies at the time of purchase and may change as rates move. Prices can change without notice, but this won't affect orders that are already confirmed.

5. Payment

We accept:

• Cash on delivery
• OMT and Whish Money transfers
• Online card payment

Your order is confirmed once we receive payment, or once our team accepts a cash-on-delivery order. Card payments are handled securely by our payment provider; we never store your card details.

6. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where we suspect fraud, spot an obvious pricing error, or find that a piece is no longer available. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund the full amount.

7. Shipping and delivery

We deliver anywhere in Lebanon. Orders usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days of confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by things beyond our control, such as road conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that you're reachable. We aren't responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details or a phone that can't be reached.

8. Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges follow our Returns & Refund Policy. In short: refunds are only issued for defective pieces, and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached.

9. Intellectual property

Everything on this site — photos, jewelry designs, text, graphics, and the Let Me Be name and logo — belongs to us. It may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or used commercially without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of our site or products. Nothing here affects your rights under Lebanese consumer protection law.

11. Privacy

The personal details you give us — name, address, phone number — are used only to process and deliver your order and to reach you about it. We don't sell or share your information with anyone other than the courier and payment providers needed to complete your order.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms occasionally. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, and any dispute will be handled by the Lebanese courts.
