Where we deliver

We ship to every region in Lebanon.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days of confirmation. These are estimates, road conditions, courier delays, or public holidays may occasionally push things back.

Order processing

We process orders on working days. Anything placed on a Sunday or public holiday might be handled the next working day.

Delivery details

Please double-check that your address and phone number are correct and that you're reachable, our courier will call before dropping off your order. We can't be held responsible for delays or missed deliveries caused by incorrect details or an unanswered phone.

Damaged or defective pieces

If your jewelry arrives damaged, email hey@letmebe.shop or call +961 123123123 with your order number and photos, and we'll sort it out.
